American Idol Video # 7 - Summertime
This song was requested by my dear cousin Cheyenne - so this is for you girl! I have heard Summertime sung on American Idol and the X factor and both were very well received. Let me know what you think of this version. I'm dying to get through the preliminary parts of the audition so that I have the opportunity to sing with a band! I just think that having accompaniment makes all the difference sometimes!

This is a great one for you too, great job. A thought: What if you held back a little? Instead of singing this one all-out, maybe a little lighter, breathier, jazzier? That might be a cool interpretation of it.
